Freaky schilderen

In April heb ik een middag geschilderd met Eric, Wendy en Olga.

Het was zoals ze het bij Talens (verf fabrikant) noemen Freaky schilderen.

Dus met touw, behang, steentjes en hout snippers. Je kan er natuurlijk opplakken wat je wilt.

Het is leuk om te zien dat we allemaal iets anders gemaakt hebben.

Het was super gezellig en we hebben genoeg inspiratie van elkaar gekregen om binnenkort iets anders te maken.

Challenge Maart

Met de schets van Maart had ik een beetje moeite. Want zoveel had ik niet meegemaakt die maand.

Toch heb ik wat leuke voorjaarsfoto's gevonden. En zo ontstond deze gezellige LO.

Roze is niet echt mijn kleur dus het was een echte uitdaging, maar ik vind het eindresultaat erg gelukt.

NSD challenge 12 Critter-Licious MPS

I've used the Paisly cricut cardridge to make the card.

The paper is from DCVW The Green Stack.

The little bird was made using the Home Decor cardridge. I've added stickeles on his wings.

To finish the card I've added some ribbon.

Create A Critter isn't available in Holland yet. So I used another cardridge. But the birds on the paper looks like the critters. They are also cute.

NSD challenge 11 Colors of the Rainbow MPS

With coloured ribbon I made my background.

I taped them with doubled sided tape on my card.

With the Paisly cricut cardridge I made the Ladybug. I put some googly eyes on him because I just love googly eyes.

I cut a pink strip of cardstock and punched the edges. On the pink cardstock a glued a yellow strip.

I placed all the parts on to each other and glued them on the ribbon.

NSD challenge 10 May Day MPS

The background was made using the Wild Card cardridge.

I made the flowers using the Accent Essentials.

I gave every flower a face using the Peachy Keen stamps. I think they look adorable.

On the flower in the middle I've added stickles.

All these colours and happy faces make me happy to.

Spring is here!!!

NSD challenge 9 Take Shape MPS

I made this card using the From my Kitchen cardridge.

I placed a normal card in between to make it a real card.

I wanted to make it a little bit more interesting so I've made the oven door to open.

I've used magnetic tape and big brads to get this to work.

In the oven is a cake. Also made with the From my Kitchen cardridge.

I used some Glossy Accents to add some accents.

I had to think this trough to make it work. Ans I'm very happy with the result.

NSD challenge 8 Love My Color MPS

One of my favorite colors is green so I wanted to make a green card.

I cut 2 diffrent colors of green strips and taped them together. Then I ran it through my cuttlebug using the swiss dots. I sanded it to make an extra effect.

I made the flowers with a punch. I cut out 5 flowers. Made them wet and crumpled them up. I folded them back and stacked them together. I made a hole in the middle and added a brad. Then I shaped them in to a flower.

When they were dry I placed them on my card.

The sentinal says: Fijne dag, that means Have a nice day in dutch

NSD challenge 7 Hey Dad MPS

I used the cardridge Going Places to cut the water and the fisherman

With the cardridge Ashlyn's Alphabet I cut the letters.

I've added cinnamon stickles on the letters to make the card extra pretty.

Maybe I'll give this card to my dad before fathers day.

I'm sure he will love it.

NDS challenge 6 Kids Craft, too MPS

I don't have any kids of my own to craft with. So I made this cute card for my nephew Dylan.

I used the Paper doll cardridge.

I blinged up the superman suit with some black stickles.

The windows in the city also got some glitter. Now it looks like a real night city.

I named my hero Super Dylan.

I didn't do this challenge because we don't celebrate this day.
But I wish all the teachers in America a wonderfull day and I'm sure they will recive a lot of great presents

NSD challenge 4 Like You the least MPS

The cardridge I like the least is Walk in my garden. So this was a great challenge.

I made a snail card. The paper is from DCWV from my kitchen.

I had to put some googly eyes on my snail because I just love googly eyes.

I also cut some flowers with this cardridge and added some glossy accents to give them something extra.

To finish my card I used some ribbon.

Even this is my least favorite cardridge, I think this card turned out to be very cute.

NSD challenge 3 Thinking outside the box MPS

For this card I used adhesive metal foil. I  sticked it on cardstock and ran it through my cuttlebug and then used alcohol ink to colour it.

For the boots I also used the meatl foil. I sticked it on some patternd cardstock and cut it with the Paisly cardridge. I decorated the boots with some flowers and added a rhinestone in the middle.

The sentinal says: Alleen voor jou, that means Just for You in dutch.

NSD challenge 2 MPS Getting Scrappy

For my paper dolls I always use scraps. So this challenge was super easy.

The 30th of April is Queens day in Holland. The whole country is celebrating the birthday of our queen.

So that was the insperation of my card.

The orange card was embossed using the cuttlebug.

In the middle is a ribbon with our National Colours.

With the Paper doll dress up cardrigdge I made the girl. I had to use diffrent parts of dolls to create a Typical Dutch girl.

The sentiment says Groetjes, that means Greetings in dutch.

NSD challenge 1 MPS

The first challenge for MPS national scrapbook day was to make a card for my mother.

I stamped the world and placed it on a piece of black cardstock.

I printed the text on cardstock and placed it over the card.

With the cricut I made the heart using the Storybook cardridge.

To finish I've added some gems.

I'm sure that my mother will be happy with my card.

Nationale scrapbookdag

1 Mei is nationale scrapbookdag.

En zo heb ik zaterdag avond (moest werken overdag) lekker zitten scrappen.

Ook heb ik meegedaan aan een amerikaanse scrap challenge.
Lekker het hele weekend creatief bezig zijn.
Mijn volgende berichten zal ik in het engels doen. Voor de eventuele amerikaanse gasten.
